"I placed a large order on Friday. The website said they would deliver the items on Saturday at the latest. I called in to customer service today and now I've been told that this store won't deliver until Wednesday because of weather conditions. The funny thing is that I am still getting Amazon packages delivered to my door in the same "weather" conditions. So Home Depot basically lied to me about the delivery date and they still are still charging me $79 for the delivery. This is terrible customer service."
"The manager Mike that was working Aug 25th 2023 was AMAZING and kind. Not only was he happy to speak to me over the phone about the 12ft skeleton he also made sure to say hi and grab two associates to help me load it in the car! Huge shout out to those 2 associates as well (ones name was also Micheal)"
