"Went to HomeDepot today to purchase a ring doorbell and couldn’t get one person to take the time to grab it for us. They kept sending us to someone else because they were busy. We first waited in the self checkout for 10 minutes to have the worker tell us that he couldn’t help us at the moment while he continued to help other customers and work on fixing the other self checkout station. We then proceeded to walk to the other check out line, waited another 10 minutes only for him to tell us we had to walk to the other end of the store because he had to continue to check other customers out. Understandable, to an extent. Just wish they would be a little more helpful, maybe call someone to come help at the checkout. No one seemed to know anything or even act helpful at any point. Super frustrating."
"Best home improvement, store for contractors, and all the land! All stores are pretty much set up the same so you can be in and out. The service for their pros is outstanding, they go above and beyond for us every time. Highly recommend for contractors and homeowners."
"Home Depot should be more considerate of people who don't get around well. They set the store up so you come in one door, get what you need, then walk to the other end of the store to check out. Then have to walk to the other end of the store to go back to your car. I realize they have pickup, but some of the elderly don't know how to use computers to set that up. Thank goodness for Kevin. He was working at the return desk and was very kind. He took pity on my 87 year old friend, and checked her out there. I could have checked her out at the other end of the store, but would have had to leave here there alone. She likes to take care of her own business, like most of us. Kevin was thoughtful and kind. We need more young men like him."
"Hortencia helped us out at the register and managed to help us figure out our exempt stuff for the church and was super helpful in the process. She has a great smile and great customer service! We were able to find all the things we needed for our Gaga Ball Pit construction and the boards were straight. Can't ask for much else."
