"Wouldn’t recommend this place. Worked with a lot pawn shops and this place refuses to give a quote for an item over the phone to maintain control and was rude from the jump. I explained I had the specs, and he still wouldn’t be transparent. I am in in sales and understand the business. Though the call could’ve been handled differently. Talk about a shady business. I’m sure there’s other associates that are more friendlier in person. I really wish I heard the guys name I spoke to over the phone. From a consumer perspective in the digital age, this place is trash."
