"My experience is sad with this company, I made the application and they gave me security to move and certainty on the date of the move. I was several times in the office and there was never someone to help me. I get to receive the keys to the apartment on the agreed day and they tell me that I did not pass the application. I lost 3 weeks in the process and refrained from looking for another house. Now I have to move and I have nowhere. They played with our illusions. I was attended by Christy Morris"

"I been living here since 2018. And things were so professional when Brandon was the manager. He had great communication skills. The office never responds back when you’re trying to communicate with them even if you leave a voicemail. They don’t care. My car was also violated In the parking lot and still not a card from this company I had asked to see the cameras and I was told from our office manager they do not work. It’s sad bc I actually love living here and I love my neighbors. It’s the company/office manager that does not care"

"According to the website there are units available. My son is interested in moving to the downtown area. He went to the property to inquire about the units available for rent and any possible amenities such as if any of the available units have washer & dryers. The manager Cecilia noticed my son in the office but didn't acknowledge his presents for about 10-15 minutes and then finally told him she would be with him in a moment as she was having a conversation with a property employee. She continued her conversation for another 20 minutes. When she finally talked with my son, she was very apathetic. It was if she really didn't want to discuss any possible open units and in fact discouraged him from inquiring further. She didn't even ask when he was looking to move in (what apartment manager doesn't ask that question in the beginning?). I know that the rental market has recently experienced lots of issues due to the pandemic but helping prospective tenants should still be a top priority. Based on our experience with this property manger this is not the case."

"Original: I've lived here since the beginning of 2018 and have loved living at CP Lofts. To my understanding, there was management change prior to my move-in and that is why I haven't experienced the issues some past reviewers have. The front office and maintenance are prompt to respond to anything, the gym is fantastic, and the buildings and grounds are kept clean. Highly suggest giving this place a look! August 2020 Update: New management is terrible. Eviction notices were stuck to many resident's doors, including mine, due to new management's error and lack of professionalism. From communicating with my neighbors, it seems that some are still having issues with this over a month later and I don't know what the property management company is thinking. I do not suggest CP Lofts to anyone. September 2020: Management has been replaced and things seem to be running smoothly and professionally again. I am happy that things are looking up, and feel confident in the new team based on the impressions and effort they've given."
