"They are very unprofessional , They Come to work when they want to they fix things whenever they want to they fast to put notes and letters on your door but will not answer any phones our the office door . They have a very bad roach problem My bathtub faucet has been leaking for months and nobody has come to fix it no matter how many times I've called I'm currently looking for a new place to live due to them trying to kick me out for no reason at all so I will be taking them to court and filing a lawsuit . Very Unprofessional Complex . I do not recommend Living here ."

"There are a large number of Assistant Managers in the leasing office that will help you get situated. I have been on the waiting list and one of the ladies that *used* to work there has informed me in advance that you will be ok living here as long as you are to yourself and not around mingling with the wrong people. Also a lot of residents at times are pretty bold so don't take it personally they are all pretty much distant from one another. Don’t rely on the maintenance crew for *too* much for anything they just come and fix the things that are serious which is fine but this place is a stepping stone for most people."

"This place is lacking management n maintenance! My sister has mold in her bathroom and up under her kitchen sink! I sat at her house on the phone during this month of may 2020 on the 6th . Nobody never answered the office phone she stayed on hold. She said they in the office when rent is due n they gave changed several times in management. Lord have mercy on the helpless cause it's a shame that she has been here for years at least 8 I kno for sure and I know they kno she has mold it's bad... but they don't care. She has almost giving up. And she hate moving.. they deserve a negative negative."

"This place needs a negative five star!! My mother lives in the Buckner property Little Village. Awful maintenance,rude staff, bug invested. Need I go on? Both places need new management ASAP. Unlivable conditions by far and should be investigated for fraud too. The gas bill which is included in rent wasn’t paid for months and residents got shut off notifications on their door!!"

"This is by far the worst place I have ever lived! It started out good but that's because the manager was good now management changes every few months and each one is worse than the last. The current manager is cool but I'm sure corporate will run her away with the foolishness. The apartments are ok but maintenance is faulty I've had to go months w/o appliances because they don't see that as an emergency. My heat currently does not work and many other things. Safety is not good their have been two murders and a shoot out since May. I can't wait to move this place sucks!"
