"Don’t Ever move here .This is the absolute WORST place I have lived in . These ppl don't care about nothing and don’t fix nothing . My unit is infested with roaches. They do nothing to help the problem but charge you every month for pests control and the problem was never fixed. THEY charge all this money to move in and try to keep y’all the security posit off little stuff. Your car will get broken into and they have security, but they don’t do nothing. They are very unprofessional they charge all this money for the units and it’s not worth it because they are lazy. They maintenance people are lazy. The whole property management is trash and lazy. Save yourself and don’t ever apply here they are for the worst place I have ever dealt with in the floors in there are covered with sticky paper with bugs under it."

"This is the absolute WORST place you can live. These ppl don't care about nothing. They pay security but my car has been broken into and vandalized twice. My unit is infested with roaches. They do nothing to help the problem. All they want is your money won't fix anything. And if they do you will be charged for it. Don't give yourself a headache. It's not worth it. I moved here in a rush and it was the worse decision ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. I asked for a transfer unit they claim they have none available but scheduled a tour for availability."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Horrible, run down, and outdated apartment. Horrible maintenance that ignores service tickets for weeks on end. Gunshots at all hours. Animal feces and garbage everywhere. It is very difficult to reach management. We have had 3 different property managers in 3 years. Disrespectful neighbors. Stray animals everywhere. Old appliances that barely or do not work. Our apartment was dirty when we moved in. They have raised our rent over 20% or more each lease renewal. I literally could go on and on for hours! I have had the worst experience living here and would strongly advise people to look elsewhere unless you absolutely can't find anywhere else to live."

"Had an appointment today at 1:00pm spoke to the lady in the office Yesterday . She asked me if I can come on my lunch break to view I said yes. Get there nobody is in the office. Waited for about 20 mins kept calling no answer. Had to leave because I was on lunch. That was a waste of time, gas and lunch. She also told me the day before that someone will be able to stay after 5 for a lil the next day. I got in touch with the person I spoke to she claims that they tried to call me (did not) to reschedule for my appointment. Because they already had 2. I asked her will someone still stay after 5pm she says she can’t but she will ask her manger and never got back in touch with me. Already off to a bad start."

"Hillcrest Estates is a good place to live overall. My lease just ended. Been there for the last 3 years and I can't really complain. Leasing office, management, are friendly. Maintenance and resident coordinator both are helpful. There were a few issues for servicing but they were managing well. A Peaceful neighborhood also."
