"Love the newly remodeled place of mine me and my dad love it so far .. any repairs ??none at all but we had a leak and a old dishwasher they got right on it they let u know ahead of time when things will be worked on like for instance they shut water off and let us know before there were any surprises.. no bugs so far and in most apartments you see too or three the first couple of days the office staff is wonderful thing’s really have changed since I knew someone that lived out here a few years ago whoever their contractors are they doing the damn thing try Stonegate out u will be satisfied with new management"

"i advise anyone please do not move in there mice roaches infestation pluming is so bad we have had over 7 manager in the last yr they pull out are get fired maintance 3prty contractor they want pay them so thing dont get done keep up exterior thinking all good but once you step inside watch out so serious security has step up the game homeless got they own apartment use the air when its working lights i seen homeless had pizza delivered so that says alot they want answer the phone go straight to voicemail until rent is due i have called healthy homes on them 5 times they slacking also red tags basically on all the doors please do not do not its a hot mess fires being set all the time there office was burned down last yr they stated it was the homeless it was your ex staff who has excess its ten units in apartment only three occupied no one been there couple yrs the homeless and kids turns the water off i have since it all i no you asking why im i still there i am in bankruptcy im almost done halls ways dirty me lady across the way sweep in front out door you call the office excuse be our vacuum broke thats what they make broom for again i been there 22 ys it always has not been like this for the last 3 yrs has went down hill please just look for somewere is forgot to mention no air in half units that tell it all."
