"I was a resident here for 4 years through 3 different property management companies (NorthPoint [great!], Lincoln Property [not so good]> Horizon [okay]). With Horizon, Jessi in maintance and Meagan in the office are great! The property wouldn't be as friendly without those two. :) The River Market is a great area and downtown is super accessible. It's nice having a pool onsite and how often it's open is dependent on how residents treat it (i.e., no glass or other incidents impacting chemical levels). Views from the Phase II (237) are a crowd pleaser! While Phase II is newer, the construction materials of the units seem cheaper than Phase I. There are short-term rentals (i.e., Airbnb) at this property. Hallways often smelled of marijuana. Like any wood frame complex, noise can be heard from neighbors above and next door. Valet Trash not consistently reliable. I was not charged any move out fees with my lease with Horizon beginning 2022. Phase I (228) parking is paid to RM West but the attached garage is not managed by them; there had been turnover over of this management at least twice during my time. The public can pay to enter the garage so it should not be considered secure. My car was sideswipped and broken into once each. Police reports and property management notified each time. Reviews mentioning Dialo, Alexis, Leah, are from Lincoln Property's time & reviews mentioning Jessica or Shelby are from NorthPoint's time."
