"Where do I start? If you are a single mother or struggling to get on your feet and save money and to live in a safe area then this is a RELATIVELY good place to move. Just be aware that it comes with it’s cons. There are extremely loud neighbors. If you report this issue to management, they will tell you that if it persists past midnight to call the police. After all, it is Lee’s Summit. When I did this I was called the following day by management incensed that I did this — even though I was told to. There are several unreasonably loud voices being used at inconvenient times. Just because this is a place for struggling people does not mean it needs to be turned into a madhouse. Keep your doors locked here. Not everyone who resides here is trustworthy by any means. I’ve been harassed on several occasions and am now skeptical to report this issue to management based off prior interactions. Do not put decorations out on your porch. They will be disposed of by maintenance, regardless of the value. Lastly, rent was recently raised. No issue there. The issue was that there was no documented discussion via verbal or documented about it being raised, NOR when it was past due and late fees were accruing. If you are considering moving here I would thoroughly read this review and think twice about living here, more so raising children! They say Lee’s Summit is one of the best places in Missouri to have a family. The house itself is nice and spacious and maintenance does seem to keep up with requests. As for the social aspect it seems to be deteriorating from the inside out."

"Been living here for 4 years now..i love it here! The manager is very sweet..and always calls me back if i need maintenance assistance. Its a very safe place for children. .they do not allow any obscene behavior or disrespecting the peace. This is a great place to raise a family.!!"
