"Checked in was told pool would be open later on; later on turnt into no being opened at all went in the next morning and still nothing then they don’t understand the principle we were celebrating my daughter birthday and kids were cooped in room"

"Booked rooms for two officials of my non profit organization. Both said the room was great. HOWEVER ----- had to drive 25 miles to pay for their rooms in person. Then charged me a convenience fee to use a credit card. Hilton does neither."

"Quiet, clean and very nice! Wife and I stayed there for a week and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Lee's Summit area. Tiff and Jay's Bar and Grill is just two minutes away and their food is amazing. The staff at Comfort Inn and Suites are great, we had our bed made, towels replaced and room vacuumed every day we were there, some of the bigger hotels don't even do that"

"If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Nothing against the staff. But the General Manager is extremely rude and difficult to talk to. I am an employee in my hometown and had an employee rate for a trip I had been planning for 6 months. The General Manager calls me 10 minutes before I arrive and tells me that he has canceled my reservation because he doesn’t believe I’m an employee. Will not be giving this comfort suites my business ever again. Neither will anyone that I know. I have also sent complaints to corporate. I am also trying to spread the word on here for people to stay away if you can."

"I had low expectations until i actually got here. The room is very good! I'm very nitpicky, but carpets were shampoos, sheets were clean and had clean layers, I guess they must be renovating. I was on the first floor."
