"This place was once pretty laid-back, but not anymore. The manager's gotten snippy, getting stuff fixed is a marathon, and they even cut off the water in the buildings for hours without a heads-up. Feels like the property crew wants the old-timers to just up and leave."

"Thing have gone so far down hill. Buildings are settling doors barely close properly. Get told absolutely nothing if they're going to fix it when you report it they just come and shave some of your door off so I actually close. Charity who I originally liked this became a bitter and rude person. Axiom always takes the sides of their employees when they do things wrong and will never listen to tenants who actually pay the bills. As I've stated before I've lived here for a very long time and this place is going downhill and turning into a trash heep. I'm leaving my old review up just so people can read it and see how glowing it was before things have gone so far downhill. Staff is rude maintenance request don't get answered in a timely mannered emails never get replied to. I've even talked to Tanya about this probably six seven months ago. I've lived here for so long and I just want it to become a decent place to live for them to actually put money into and make nicer instead of just raising rent for no reason. I'm pretty sure this will be the last lease I have here because they probably won't want me returning. so I've been living here for like 7 years. I've seen a couple different owners and by far axiom with Charity as a property manager it's the best it's ever been. being a pet owner here is great they have decent size areas to take your dogs out and let them play. the apartment may not be the fanciest but it's definitely nowhere near the crappiest. rent prices are fair. so if you're looking for a place to stay don't look any farther than Park Lane. the only thing that would make it better is washers and dryers and unit. but I want to shout out charity and her team for being awesome."

"Charity is an amazing person. I went to the office for leasing an apt for my friends , who are new to USA and she patiently explained everything about the process to lease and she also made sure that my friends got the keys to the apartment at the earliest ( in couple of hours after filling the form !!! ). The best customer centric person I have ever met!!"

"First, let me start by saying, Charity is an amazing landlord. She was always friendly, fair, and willing to help her tenants! The neighbors were social, considerate, and respectful. I rarely had any maintenance concerns, but when I did, repairs were prompt and thorough. I would definitely consider moving back when the time comes to move again!"

"This is my first apartment and it has been a great experience. Management is GREAT and very understanding. Maintenance is on top of things and VERY nice. It is an older property but is taken pretty well care of. The pool is very nice! Only complaint is that it would be nice if there was a little more parking"
