Quality Inn - Lees Summit, Kansas City

"Terrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! It will never happen again. The place feels dirty , looks dirty and is dirty. The bathrooms are horrible . Shower didn't work ,tried calling the front desk and guess what? No phones . Used my cell to call ,gave me another room that the bathroom sink would not drain . Nasty! Its worth paying a little extra to stay elsewhere ."

"The room looked like it had a bunch of used old furniture in it. Everything felt dirty and we did not get that clean feeling you should expect in a Hotel! It looked like it had been remodeled recently, but not by professionals I would not suggest This place of business to anyone We booked a motel, especially with a hot tub as we were sore from traveling, and when we arrived to find the hot tub was boarded off, there should’ve been an update on the website when we inquired to the manager his answer late at night was you can stay or leave. ?"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless – I especially appreciated the clean bathrooms and dust-free surfaces. The location was surprisingly quiet, even though it's close to a busy street. Thanks to the blackout curtains and the very well insulated walls, I got a decent night's sleep. The only suggestion I have is that the bed in our room seemed a bit worn and could be replaced soon. (If the bed were updated I'm sure I would've slept like a baby) Overall, I felt it was good value for money and would gladly return."

"If I could give this place a negative rating I would do it! “DO NOT” stay here, EVER! We stayed here since it was close to families, when we went to room the key didn’t work so we had to fuss with it for a few minutes. The room was okay but the beds and bed sheets were dirty and had smoke burns on both bed sheets. There was no blankets, only super thin sheets. The floors and carpets were super dirty as well. Luckily we had a blankets, so we could use it and sleep. Don't false advertise on your website and then to find its the worst place we ever stay in. At least provide good bedsheets and vacuum the rooms!!!"

"Land lord special!! Looked like they have recently done some renovations. But definitely was the work of a handy man and not professionals. Beware of the elevator, the door sometimes doesn't open and we had to pry it open. It also nearly smashed another guest while we were there. We used the stairs the rest of our stay. Furniture in the room looked like it was from a garage sale. Bed creeked horribly but was comfortable. Hotel was fairly clean. Our room was dusty though. The bed spread was musty smelling. And the mattress cover looked like a mixture of cheeto finger prints and reddish brown smears...... luckily we bring our own linens and always give surfaces a wipe down. Window so dirty we could only see out part of it. No signs of bugs. Room was good size. Pool nice but the pool area could use some cleaning. Hot tub was out of order and from the looks had been for a while. Employees were all very kind."
