"I have lived at Somerset Villa Apartments for almost 2.5 years. The apartments are nice and well kept. The manager Amy is friendly, prompt, and helpful. The maintenance people are friendly and quick to respond to requests. The apartments are quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It can be a little pricey but the location is great being next to multiple highways and shopping centers. Definitely recommend living here!"

"Amy is so nice and always responds to my emails. This is my first appartment and she really helped me out. My apartment isn't "perfect" but considering how much LS apartments go for I consiy myself blessed. I feel safe in this apartment. Regular maintenance, pest control actually shows up and does thier job (I have friends in other LS apartments that have problems with pest contol) I feel confident that is I had any issues they would take care of it as soon as they could."

"I am posting this review in order to help anyone in the future from having the same awful experience as I did. The property manager at this location made me believe I would be renting a newly renovated and remodeled unit. We had a walk through on a "model unit" and I was told what changes would be made and what differences there would be in the ACTUAL unit I would be renting. I gave my deposit believing her words regarding the renovations. Once we did a walk through on the actual unit I was very displeased and frustrated as it was nothing at all like the property manager had described to me. They claim to be smoke free apartments but smell heavily of cigarette smoke. Shortly after I requested a refund of my deposit. She refused and also refused to give me any type of contact information for a supervisor of some sort. The only contact with anyone I have had on this subject is her. I am frustrated beyond words as I am a single mother and this was almost a thousand dollars taken from me. Not to mention the one-hundred fifty dollars they already took for admin and application fees. The reviews I am now reading are very disturbing and have made me realize I made a huge mistake. Please do your research before investing. I regret my decision to trust this lady who is a mother herself. For the price and size of these apartments, you can find something much cheaper and way nicer. I personally know a handful of people who work in this type of business and have stated to stay far away from anything with Orion Property. I wish I would have known this before. If I could give zero stars I would!"
