"I give Holiday Place a one star rating. This apartment complexe doesn't hold up to there word when it comes to the mantnice. I have had water damage done to my windows for years and they have yet to fix them. I've also got water damage and mold in my utility closet which they have yet to fix. We the tendits also have no hot water in the laundry room. This place also likes to cover stuff up right before HUD comes in for inspection. They love to collect rent and fix nothing."
