"I moved in to 909 Walnut April of this year. At first, I really enjoyed living here, but the past few weeks there have been numerous mass car break ins. If you drive through the parking garage right now, you will see maybe 20-30 cars with broken windows. Many people have gone to management and demanded action, and they continue to say “they are working on it.” We pay over $90 a month to park in the parking garage, and they won’t even reimburse us when we have to pay with our own money for all the damages. Our garage door has been broken for some time now, and they waited until it was fully broken to take actions. While it was broken, they had the garage door wide open, which is when my roommate’s car and around 15 others got broken into. They were able to quickly fix the garage door (which they were magically able to fix when they should have fixed it two weeks prior), but the scanner was still not working, so anyone could come in and out. You would think they would hire security, but still till this day, there is no security that is getting stationed here (even though they keep saying they are working on it). Yesterday, I talked to a man who said that he moved into 909 Walnut a week ago and his car got broken into. I proceeded to tell him that there have been numerous break ins, and he was shocked because no one told him about it when he moved in. If you are considering moving into 909 walnut st., please do not come here (unless you want your car to get broken into)."

"I love this place. I've lived here since July 2019. I was looking for a place in downtown KC and I knew I'd found it the moment I saw the 1 Bed B1 floor plan. It's the perfect size and price for my needs. I love the west-facing view and the rooftop garden. The amenities are great, the staff is friendly (front desk is manned 24/7), and there are upgrades being made to the gym, lobby, and lounge areas, which were nice to begin with. The smart thermostat and lights are a nice plus. The gym definitely replaces the need for a separate gym membership, it's not your typical rinky-dink apartment gym. I have no complaints and look forward to continuing to live here."
