"I looked at this property in February. I took possession of the rental unit in March. When I looked at the property, the railings were not right, however, I was told they were being fixed and would be taken care of by the time I moved in. Currently, the exterior railings along the stairway is Wobbly closest to my building. I am visually impaired. All I get told is that they’re taking bids on how to fix them. They’ve had several weeks with which to get this done. At this point, I’m afraid to leave my building due to the safety hazard of the railing. If This is not corrected, I will contact the city and local media to see to it that everyone knows what kind of a shabby place this is. The unit itself is OK, however, I’m afraid to leave my building due to the safety hazard outside. Thank you for reading."

"I have a friend who lives here and we go dumpster diving there all the time. The apartments are beautiful and I have never experienced any problems. Thank you for letting me collect the unwanted items. If I don't need them personally, I will refinish our fix and give to Good Will, another charity in need, or somebody I personally know who truly needs the item."

"I applied to these apartments and didn't have sufficient funds when they decided to pull it. They then charged me a 101 dollar fee . Stating that they went on with the screening process (With out Payment) said that because of the insufficient funds my Bank charged them 50 dollars for attempting to pull payment. Which is weird because I got charged a fee as well. They also proceeded (with out notice) of payment owed to post it to collections as if I lived at the unit. Which caused me an inconvenience on trying to get a new place. If I were you I wouldn't apply here . Being how the staf here(Ace to he exact) is very arrogant and incompetent. Nothing of what the application says was accurate to what they explained to me. So if you are looking to move here good luck. Otherwise they're very money hungry."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was told I can’t tour without applying first. I applied and accepted, they then proceeded to delay my tour for 4 days before showing me the unit. The unit was absolutely disgusting. Ace is a pathological liar. I went to receive my refund for one of the “refundable” fees, then they proceed to tell me I can’t receive my refund beyond 72 hours of application approval. This was never mentioned in the application or on my tour. I requested proof that I agreed to this 72 hour window and was given none after weeks of emailing the incompetent manager. The only “proof” Shatoya attempted to provide was notes of the tour. The notes (that Ace wrote) claimed I was informed of having 72 hours to request a refund but is a total lie and likely added to the report after realizing he didn’t do his job. Not to mention I wouldn’t have had any chance at a refund anyway as they intentionally delayed my tour beyond the 72 hour window. Save yourself a headache and keep looking. This company is full of scam artist and liars. I am disgusted by this company and the scum they call employees."
