"Walnut Creek is amazing! The staff is so incredibly helpful, they are so quick to answer any and all questions that I have. The amenities are great, I absolutely love the pool! The gym has great equipment, and is never too crowded. I can not say enough great things about the apartments and the people that work there! I wish I could give them 10 stars!"

"Do Not Move here. The worst management company, staff on site especially Michele is so rude. Extra fees ontop of the rent price. No where to park ever, water pressure is horrible, they charge extra even after you do a perfect move out clean they send a bill with two light bulbs out in the bathroom costing over twently dollars for two lightbulbs is a joke. Then sending a photo a a swept up dust pile? Avoid this place. You will call the office and no one picks up. I sat there and watched Michele look at the phone ring before I made it clear I was standing in her presence. She purposely does things and is a nasty individual."

"As an employee of The Retreat, I find the atmosphere peaceful. I love being able to look outside and see wildlife. This time of year especially. The deer are beautiful to watch. I enjoy working with both leasing agents. Raven and Pamela are great to have by my side and I am encouraged by them each day. I have also really enjoyed having a maintenance team like we do. They are hard working, funny guys that love what they do and it shows! I am grateful for Adam as he teaches me the ins and outs of managing a property. I also LOVE our residents. We have some great people and I truly enjoy being a apart of their lives. I am grateful for Walnut Creek!"

"We really cannot say enough about this place. We have lived here for 2 years in the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. We just transferred mid lease to the biggest apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom). Tandra, Pamela, Michelle and Adam are the best. They helped us get moved into the bigger apartment so easily and you cannot beat the prices or the quality here. We wouldn't live anywhere else.The property is so nice, we love the pool and woods around it. We honestly have had no problems here whatsoever. The few minor maintenance issues (broken deck board) that we did have were handled immediately. The maintenance staff is incredible, always felt good about having them in the house if we weren't home. The office does really cool little events for the residents that we love. The gym is all new equipment and really up to date. It's a big property with a small property feel. Concerns are met promptly, the office always remembers who you are! Great location! If your thinking about moving here you will not be disappointed!"
