"Only thing nice about these apartments is the fact that the grounds kinda clean. Management sucks, pool isn't accesstable, no security, no playground for kids, maintenance is never available or prompt to fix issues, mold is in over half of the units, apartments not worth the prices, no dog park. DONT MOVE HERE"

"Well i can say I never loved at this place I dated a guy that use to live hear and he was showing me the issues with his apartment flooding their was so much water you could almost swim in it and he was on the bottom floor . and he told me not to step outside because the pattio was all messed up . I been there a few nights and it was quiet I didnt hear anything but I do know polo has a lot of crime I wouldn't live hear if I was paid to .. My boyfriend at the time told me how rude the office management was .. He got sick of it and moved out ..can't say I blame him .. I'm just sorry it was him and not me .."

"I wish I could give these apartments no stars. The worst place I’ve ever lived. Maintenance is horrible. I had black mold in my apartment and they almost refused to fix it until I obtained a lawyer. They tried to evict me, but my lawyer handled that too. Got out of my lease without owing them anything. Shatoya in the office is horrible."

"One of the worst apartment experiences of my life. Management was rude especially when Martika worked there. They want you to let them know 3 months before if you're moving or not - unbeknownst to me if you don't, they automatically re-new your lease without letting you know or you signing anything. Maintenance does nothing. Walls are paper thin. They literally let anyone move in. Trash is always spread through the parking lot, loud music all hours of the night, constant fights and arguing outside. I work and have a young child and it was not a good environment. The amount for rent does not match the lack of quality of the apartments at all. Would highly not recommend."

"These are the worst apartments I’ve lived in. My air has been going out everyday since last thursday literally. they have super old out dated appliances. I have no screens on my windows. I have no screen door on my balcony door. I’ve let the office know many times and they’ve done nothing. the maintenance man CARL is very rude and doesn’t do his job. My rent is almost $1,000 every month and these apartments aren’t worth that at all. Very spacious apartment but that’s IT. I can’t wait until my lease is up so i can get me and my kids out of here. I don’t recommend at all!"
