"My apartment is nice and it’s quiet here but parking is a pain to find unless you pay for it and even then I have had 2 people park in my spot and they act like it’s no big deal and you have to get ahold of the security who gives them 24 hrs to move the vehicle. You pay for the spot tow them now"
"I am a current resident and I will not be renewing my lease. The office staff is horrible the property manager Erica has absolutely no idea what she is doing and is quick to put your issue off on someone else. They are extremely unprofessional. Maintenance requests are never handled in a timely manner. I went without air conditioning and hot water for 3 weeks before I had to complain for something to be done, the temperature outside was over 80. Currently my washer hasn’t been working for almost a week, there is water in the machine and my apartment smells horrible. I have a child and we are both uncomfortable in our own home. If I could give less stars I would. DO NOT RENT HERE"
"I have never written a review about an apartment, never felt it was necessary. I lived at coach house for 5 years, 2019-2023. I also lived there from 2016-2017. I always thought it was a decent place, you get what you pay for. When landmark took over, the place just fell apart. Nothing ever got fixed, maintenance was always very nice but they never had the equipment they needed to fix the issue. But main issue I had was a pipe literally fell apart under the sink in my hallway at 3am and flooded the whole bathroom and hallway. They came and “fixed” the pipe and had fans put out to dry the carpet. Few months later the pipe broke again and flooded bathroom and hallway again. This time they replaced the pipe but did nothing for the carpet. I can’t imagine how much mold was under the carpet, I know the people below me had mold growing on their ceiling and to fix that, they painted over it. Things broke constantly, never replaced the filter in the furnace, fridge went out twice before they replaced it, I could go on for days. It’s really sad because I loved my apartment but the rude staff working in the office doesn’t care at all. Was also charged 150$ in move out fees for cleaning the carpet they refused to clean when I put in many requests after the flood. It’s just a mess and I would never ever go back or ever rent from landmark again. Do not live here if you can. Just run, far far away."
"I am a current resident and was trying to renew my lease. Tuesday, Dec. 19th, 2023 was the only day I had off to make it down to the office in time. My girlfriend got off early to make it to the office before 5pm with me. I called ahead of time to ask if I needed an appointment, if I needed anything, etc. I was told no, and he offered to do it over the phone. I declined as I stated I had questions about the new lease. When I finally make it to the office around 4:30, I’m told they don’t have any of my information and that I have to come back and pick up the documents at a later date. I called ahead of time and asked, gave my name, and took time out of my day to do this. Then I’m told I have to come back and try to pick it up. I work 6 days a week and 10 hour days multiple days in the week. My girlfriend works a strict 9-5 or sometime 6. They did not care at all about our situation and were shocked that I was there, even though I called ahead of time. The man completely forgot to write anything down when I called and this feels very unprofessional. My rent is already going up, the least you can do is try and work with me and get this done. I’m a good tenant and pay on time, just upsetting when you call ahead of time to make sure and it’s still messed up."
"We've been here 2yrs and we LOVED living here! Coach House is now under new Management. The way this lady talked to me over being a few days late, was so rude and unprofessional: "If YOU PEOPLE cant afford to live here, give us back our keys and go some place else!" ...is what she said to me. There are people MONTHS late during this unfortunate time. What happen to Human Decency. Update - 9/13/2023: Well, its time to go, after 5yrs. Although, I will say, this is a very decent and quiet area to live in. The 3bd/3ba Townhome that we rented had 0 issues and we were thankful for that. CoachHouse has seen 3 Mngmnt companies in 5yrs and through all of that, Reggie has been the most helpful ...Thank You Reggie and Maria Murdock!"
