"This place deserves 0 stars! not only is this place infested with mice now the cars are being vandalized on the property after numerous complaints and calls of suspicious activity. The office does not care. I am still waiting for documentation to leave the property and it’s now been for five days and do not move here! This place is a joke the office doesn’t answer their phones he don’t respond to emails. You have to literally go up there to get what you need. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Moved into a townhome and it literally was infested with mouses. Leasing people acted like they were not aware but knew the condition of the townhome prior to us moving in. Eventually, broke the lease after 4 months of living there because of the infestation. Maintenance workers were lazy and half worked on things or did not come at all. The foundation is very old, overpriced, and we paid electric and gas. There are no amenities accept for the gym which can only be accessed doing office hours which I thought was really odd. The gym is located in the leasing office underneath. The problem is you can never reach anyone in the leasing office. Place is just taking people money, without updating appliances, offering appropriate amenities, and addressing the infestation. They love saying they are in a wooded area. This area is not by any means a wooded area. I do not recommend anyone moving in here"
