I do not agree with your argument, and I'm sorry you feel that your establishment offers offordable and a safe environment for families of the northland. For new tenants, it's nearly 1,000 for a two bedroom? I personally know a previous tenant who was paying $850 for a two bedroom tiny apartment that the oven didn't work unless a burner was on. She went without hot water on several occasions. The lack of maintenance and security is ridiculous. Not to mention, when she originally moved in back in January of 2017, she was charged $650/month the last two years of her residence at parvin estatates they raised her rent $100 each year. When she went to tell the office she was moving, nobody was there. She continued to try to reach out and left a note, and it took a week for them to reach back out. They literally are a get you by place...you don't want to stay there. So many Bae Bae kids running around the hooligan children chucking rocks at your window and car. My son came over and someday they would play football other days my son said he got jumped. It's gotten so bad. I'm glad my friend got out. Her car got broken into countless of times, ppl always taking up parking spots that don't belong to them not to mention not enough visitor parking parents don't watch their kids my friends flower pots got stolen. So many raccoons and cats having litters its just infested"

"Exceptionally Fast Maintenance Staff, Friendly Management Staff and Most Affordable Price for the Northland. My wife and I moved into Parvin Estates in 2015, we were moving into our first house together and we had been looking for quite sometime until we luckily stumbled upon Parvin Estates. We have loved the experience since then. We have had a couple of minor maintenance requests which were handled swiftly and professionally. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quite, affordable and family friendly place to live in , with easy access to major Free Ways and most of all professional management Staff to look into Parvin Estates."

"I was a visitor at this complex and my car was towed. The spaces were not clearly marked and the resident I was visiting told me I was in a visitor spot. Apparently their horrible neighbor decided to have my car towed because I was allegedly in their spot (even though there were a multitude of open spots nearby). Parvin did not investigate before towing my car. A security officer informed us that the neighbor who reported and had my car towed to them lied by stating she had told me not to park there but I have never seen nor spoken to this woman. They did not take our calls to the emergency line and were not helpful in responding. We plan on taking legal action if this is not resolved"
