"These people scam you! They showed me 3 different apartments, & I was actually set to move, & they tell me they FORGOT to contact the City in time to inspect my apartment. I was told I’d have my keys at 9am, well, they changed that to 4:30 on a Friday, so they could get me in the building and RUN with my money! RUN FAR & RUN FAST!!!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! TOO MANY ISSUES!!! Management don’t do what they are suppose to do. You have to call and complain 50 times an threaten to call corporate. They had a tenant before with animals and they knew he left the apartment a mess. Animal urine soaked the carpets, paddings and the floors underneath. They replaced it with new carpet and didn’t replace the padding. Eventually we started to smell it and the smell was horrible. We complained and complained. They left all the trash on the patio from them cleaning the apartment before move in time. I had to keep complaining about that. They had mold in the cabinets, under the bathroom sink in the closets and dishwasher. It started to smell and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from until we open the dishwasher to find it had old smelly mold water. And it was broken. Water leaked and soaked the floor also.Central A/C unit broke and they put a small window unit in and took forever to repair the Central A/C. They make it look presentable to move in. But they knew it wasn’t fully cleaned and had all these issues and wasn’t fully ready for move in.The management is so unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. 0 stars!!!!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! 1) There are people that lived near me that were weird. A guy waved me to come to his house. I don't know how the owners let this man live. After calling the cops on him he left never to be seen again. 2) PACKAGES GET STOLEN! At least 4 packages have been stolen. 2 from our front porch and 2 from the office. Well kind of. We didn't think it was safe to send to our house any more and started sending it to the office. Know do you think that was safe? Nope. One of the employees started going through our packages. Her excuse was that "Our maintenance guy was thinking it was his stuff". 3) Our apartment is basically falling apart. Ceilings and walls have been broken. And maintenence take FOREVER to come and fix out house. 4) Lastly, the cost. For some reason they started charging us $1,100 for a 2 bedroom 2 restroom apartment every month. Wth? DO NOT STAY HERE"

"6mo Update: Apartment has had water ingress instances 9 times within 6 months. 3 of those times were complete flooding. This is due to poor maintenance in the laundry room, rain water filling the bedroom, and water pipes apparently clogging and bursting. This happens in every buildings first floor. Original review: Other reviews are right. Management performs their own move in inspection and will not give you a move in inspection form to fill out. Asked 3x but they just kept arguing with me saying I dont need to cause they already did it and if I wanted to make note of anything I could write over theirs. The manager marked everything good but honestly it was a bit of a mess. The Issues I reported on move in were never address. They have no maintenance and all fixes are performed by people they bring in from elsewhere. Spoke to a couple of them. Some work for other apartment buildings, nice guys. When I moved in there were bugs everywhere, mostly spiders, and my 1st floor roof had major leaks in several rooms resulting in major carpet and minor property damage. When I say major I mean it literally looked like the bedroom ceiling had 3 faucets running. Took them a second but they got around to it. Good points are that the rents cheap and police response time isn't bad, and the office personnel don't pay much attention, so If you're a sketchy person too looking for a place to lay low Its not the worst spot to be."
