"RENT ANYWHERE ELSE. From dead birds in the apartment on move in date all the way to the leasing office not caring about a damn thing. A dead bird in the apartment that was claimed to just been finished by maintenance. Patio fences that haven’t been repaired in 2+ years. Constant trash pile ups. Major parking issues with no intent on rectifying or fixing the problems. Paying rent here is a joke. You have to go to another local business just to pay them rent. Would rather live in a cardboard box than ever deal with this place again."

"The management are awful to their staff and worse to their residents. The staff lies and breaks their own policy. Black mold, no notice to enter your home. You are unable to file a complaint with the parent company. Stay away for your health and safety."

"Maintenance team is pretty good from our point of view! Specially Aaron. It’s peaceful here and so close to highways and stores, great location! I’d have given a 5 star if it wasn’t for all the fences falling apart or on the course of, also the pool is never deep cleaned every pool season. Same stain on the side tiles from 3 years ago and the broken pool chairs scattered everywhere. The pool cleaning system is not sufficient enough to keep the pool water clean all day for both, the kids and adults pool. Also lots of dead trees everywhere."

"Just so it’s clear, I would give ZERO stars if I could. I know this place looks nice and affordable, but please PLEASE run the other way. I lived in two bedroom apartment 2019-2020. I moved to a one bedroom in the same complex (different building) and lived there from 2020 to 2023. When I moved out in July, I was told I’d be receiving my deposit back in almost its entirety. I never received that money. Instead, when I finally contacted them in November, I was told not only was I not getting my deposit back, but I owe $700 and was sent to collections. I never received an email, phone call, or mail telling me I owed this money. When I called collections, they said I owe money from my TWO BEDROOM. So you’re telling me, I lived there for 3 years, and instead of leaving a letter on my door, calling, ANYTHING… they sent me to collections 4 years later. They are not giving me a deposit. I would be going to small claims court if I wasn’t already freaking broke. I hate this place. I hate the people running it. Do not EVER give them money… I hope someone else is in the situation to sue them, but I am not. Screw township."

My mother was a tenant here for a year and, despite some issues, she had a great overall experience. Positive Aspects: Firstly, it's important to mention that The Township is a wonderful place to live. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her time here, largely due to the friendly community and the welcoming management staff. The ambiance and the people make it a unique and pleasant place to reside. Persistent Maintenance Issues: However, we encountered some concerns during her tenancy. The condition of the fencing around the tenant patios was a significant issue. Many fences were damaged and falling over, presenting a safety risk. Despite several maintenance requests from many of the residents, these problems were not addressed throughout the year. Addressing these maintenance issues more promptly would greatly enhance the living experience. Issue with Final Bill and Communication: Another point of confusion arose when my mother moved out. She was sent to collections over a final bill that she never received. A lack of direct communication from the management in this instance led to unnecessary complications. However, I believe this could have been easily resolved with a phone call or through certified mail, which would ensure receipt and acknowledgment of important documents. Recommendation for Improvement: I recommend that The Township Apartment consider using certified mail for critical communications, especially for departing tenants. This could prevent misunderstandings and improve the overall experience for current, future, and departing tenants. Conclusion: Despite these issues, I am giving The Township a five-star rating because of the positive aspects that outweigh the negatives. My mother loved living here, and the sense of community is truly commendable. By addressing the areas of improvement, particularly in maintenance and communication, The Township Apartment Homes could enhance its already great living environment. It's a place with great potential and wonderful people, and I hope this review helps in making it even better for everyone. -Thanks"
