"Not a resident just tried to take a tour. Red flags everywhere! To start I sent an email inquiring about the property but they went unanswered, however I persevered because a coworker suggested them. I gave them a call to set up an appointment but I didn’t get an answer. I just dropped by since I was in the area at 4:50pm and all the information suggests they are open till 5:30pm on Fridays. Got to the door and it was locked. So I called again and got a response this time. We were let into the building where we got to talk with the manager in her cluttered office. She claimed that they were giving tours all day and didn’t have a chance to give one this evening. I asked about viewing a lease (a question I ask to be thorough). She seemed confused by this entirely. Finally I asked about washer and dryer hook ups which they don’t offer and called that venture quits. Honestly I’m grateful. The red flags were everywhere with this one. I’m looking for organized, competent, and responsive apartment management. Clearly this was not it for me."

"Place is clean and the renovated apartment was beautiful. Maintenance is taken care of promptly. I stayed on a 15 month lease and had very little issues with the apartment itself during that time. The issue is with the lack of security in the mail rooms. I had multiple (7-8) packages stolen from the package center and 2 credit cards stolen from the mail room. Both completely maxed out. Each and every time a package or credit card was stolen I brough it up to managements attention. Every time they said they were in the process of adding cameras and additional security. 15 months later they haven't added a single camera or security measure to solve this issue. (maybe they are the ones stealing it) This is the reason we are moving out after our first lease, I would caution anyone thinking about moving here. Your personal packages and information will get stolen."

I've lived here for over two years and will continue to until I finally buy a house. I recommended the Vintage to anyone looking for the most affordable luxury apartments in the area. Keep up the great work!"

"I lived here for one year in 2023 and had a very good experience over all. The facilities were nice, well maintained, and the staff were frequently helpful picking up packages when I was out. I’m now moving for work but would have continued to stay here longer & highly recommend it to others!"

"I would like to share my positive renting experience at The Vintage. We lived there for 2 years and did not have any negative experiences. The office workers were prompt with returning calls or emails. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the maintenance staff. Sure, there were some inconveniences from time to time, but nothing I felt that took away value of the rental. I will say the one complaint I have is the parking situation. It can be difficult to find parking spots if you are driving in late at night. We had to break our lease early due to a job relocation and the leasing office followed the procedure exactly as the contract laid out. I felt that they were very fair in the move-out procedure and followed their guidelines as stated. I do not agree with a lot of these comments with management or maintenance being shady or deceitful. I will say that postal service was an issue. However, this has NOTHING to do with apartment management. This was the United States Postal Office issue. They conducted an internal audit and I will say the issue did seem to be resolved. I wanted to leave my review as I had a positive experience renting here and would recommend to a friend or family member."
