"I stayed at this Hotel for three nights for a local convention, and was very impressed, especially considering the price per night and Google description as a 1-Star Hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the location was perfect for its proximity to downtown without the traffic. One of the front desk staff, Maria, was especially key to our great experience, having a good sense of humor and going above and beyond to help us more than once during our stay. Without question, the Comfort Inn will be high on the list of choices for the next time I need a place to stay in Kansas City."

"Rooms were overall clean and affordable. Front desk agents were helpful. Had some problems with my initial room, and was upgraded to a suite with little hassle on my end. After my stay I was charged for damages to my room that existed prior to my stay, but after discussing this with the hotel agent they were promptly refunded."

"We have a double queen room, very small. Smells like something is burning. Outside is so much noise, motorcycle's have been riding back and forth for hours and it's almost midnight. Not in the best part of town. Vending machines don't take debit cards. Will not stay here again. Oh, and a $250 deposit that I have never paid at any other comfort inn."

"A whole host of problems from the minute you enter your room. Walking in, you are greeted with a suspicious musty smell. You want to take a hot shower? Too bad! The water was warm at best. Time to relax and watch TV. Oops! The cables out 2 nights in a row. Fine then, I’ll just go to sleep. The “fitted” sheets don’t fit at all and come off every time you turn over. By the time you wake up, you will be covered in sweat because the AC barely works, even when you have it set to the lowest temperature. DON’T STAY HERE!"

"The room wasnt terrible. Had a very musty smell. Few stains on the sheets. Tv only had 5 channels but I did a channel scan and had alot more. Breakfast was small but decent. Location is like a mile from westport. 20 minute walk. For the pricey and not spending alot of time there it was fine. Id stay again."
