"Great location. Terrible stay. The staff doesn’t seem happy, which is the responsibility of management. Probably because they don’t have a functioning elevator. I imagine this problem stems from upper management. Whoever oversees this hotel from corporate should be terminated for allowing this. It’s also unfair to unbeknownst customers. Not everyone is capable/able/willing. I doubt this is ADA compliant for customers and staff alike."

"Was ok at first. But elevator has been down for weeks. And when booking there is no warning of this. I arrive and of course put on the top floor and I’m 50 and have plenty to carry. Would have been nice to know when booking so could have selected another place to stay."

"Easily the worst so called “3-star” property we’ve ever stayed. Good location and service. However, incompetent building design. Beds are next to building entrance. We were awoken at 120am, 220am, 330am, 355am, 445am, 535am by said door slamming shut. Since quality sleep is my priority, this place fails, and we will NEVER stay at this brand again."

From my experience this residence inn with this staff is one of the best experiences we’ve had in our years of travel. Thank you for making the last leg of our trip that much more enjoyable. This is a driving trip we make twice yearly and we will definitely make residence inn at this location one of our regular stops!"
