"I could not say anything nicer about the staff! The weather was very bad and they were short handed yet totally professional and super helpful at all times! My room was very nice and we enjoyed the indoor pool during a blizzard! :) It was fun floating in warm water watching a blizzard howl outside the glass walls! I had the bad luck to take vacation during a blizzard. I had the good luck to do it here!"

"Initially, my husband & I stayed here to be in a more comfortable place to wait out the winter storm. However, they didn't even slightly prepare the parking lot for the large amount of ice we received, not even a sprinkling of salt. Doesn't seem very considerate for your guests to possibly break their backs going to their car, that's the main reason for the low rating. Our room was fine, clean, & the place doesn't smell."

"Coffee and waffles! You can get coffee 24 hours a day and for breakfast you can make your own waffles or grab a muffin. They also have eggs, sausage or bacon and other items. The swimming pool is great!"

"We stayed here after a Chiefs game. The staff was super friendly, and even though we were checking in at 7 pm, the woman working the front desk allowed us to have our pick of floor for the evening. We also were using points accumulated for a free stay, and no down deposit was required, which was a pleasant surprise, as we’ve had to put down $200 at other stays in addition to the hotel charge. There was some noise in the room from the interstate, but it wasn’t so loud it kept us from sleeping. The room was clean, and served its purpose. Breakfast was warm, and was consistent with other breakfasts we’ve had at other Choice chain hotels. All in all will make this our go to hotel after Chiefs games!"

"This was a very friendly and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast they serve was really good options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus you are within walking distance to a few places to eat. Would definitely stay there again"
