"If I could give it zero stars I would, it’s infested with roaches, bugs, rats, etc. anything you can think of, rent 800 no washer nor dryer, I killed THREE RATS THEREEEEE, they don’t fix anything just patch patch patch"

"Don't want to come fix nothing.... Couldn't keep milk in our refrigerator because it would spoil. Couldn't keep nothing in there over a week because it would either mold or spoil. Come to find out we have bed bugs when we know damn well we didn't bring them...the lady that's suppose to be over it ms. Michelle she barely even be there and the only time they come around is when rent due. I wouldn't recommend these apartments for nobody.. rather stay in Jackson then to stay in these infested apartments."
"By far the worst apartment management there is. No management is ever on site, no one will contact you in regards to fixing, some apartments flood everytime it rains hard, Bugs are in most apartments, and people's roofs are falling in."
