"HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Looks nice from outside, but inside the complex there are lots of cars being damaged, stolen, vandalized!!! Numerous complaints have been sent to the office and the management!!! They do not want to do anything! I guess since it's not their cars, why care about it!"

It is becoming a nightmare from residents throwing pay at the door parties to no one returning calls, emails or service requests... on and help you if the current land lady doesn't like you. They apparently now do 5 months leaves for people who have lived there 4 yrs... oh no. I didn't request the small lease.. it was a surprise. Update: we have a new landlady and she has been amazing so far... so I have changed my rating."

"Horrible place to live. Lived here for almost 2 years only because it's close to the Max and has washer and dryer. People above me played LOUD MUSIC day and night. my whole apartment vibrated and stuff fell off my walls. Told management many times but NOTHING was done. I moved out for that reason. A bunch of young gangster druggies party day and night with no respect for others. Maintenance repairs slow. only 3 visitor parking spots. no parking. i parked on a visitors parking spot and my car was covered in papers with hand writing that says "MOVE YOUR PEACE OF CR*P CAR" and stuff that i dont want to write here. Also, they make you sign a LEASE everytime your lease ends. and with EVERY LEASE, your rent goes up. Princeton property management has a rule to RAISE LEASE WITH EVERY RENEWAL. I got this info from Princeton themselves."
