"Upon receiving the denial notification, I was surprised to learn that the decision was based on a mistake made seven years ago. While I understand the importance of thorough screening processes, I believe it is unfair to be judged solely on a past error, especially one that occurred so long ago. I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up questions or an opportunity to provide context or clarification regarding the issue. It is disheartening to have my application dismissed without any chance to address the concerns raised."

"My rent keeps going up and I just recently saw postings of these apartments for $400 cheaper than what I’m paying. I also live in one of the NON renovated units. My unit looks NOTHING like what these very prettt pictures look like. The street it’s on constantly gets cluttered with homeless and all of their junk; I nearly hit their stuff sometimes while trying to turn down the street. The top apartments also have wood flooring so you can imagine I hear every single thing and footstep from my upstairs neighbors. People are constantly parking in reserved spots that are not theirs. Management has gotten better and I assume the undoubtedly attitude from the front office employees is due to all the work they have cut out for them but still it’s unnecessary. They are quick with maintenance which I’m very grateful for. The area just sucks."

"The property management is extremely nice and responsive. The maintenance crew works hard to fix any repair needed in a timely manner. Overall, in my opinion, this property management is excellent. I highly recommend renting from them as it has been an extremely pleasant experience."
