"The apartment windows have black mold on them, the bathroom ceiling is yellow and gross. They dont warn you before towing your car, but they dont care about those cars that dont ever move from the spot their in, to find a parking if you have 2 or more cars is horrible, they dont allow you to smoke on property thats fine but they should have a smoke area off property. Point is you pay a lot for poor quality. The owner and manager need to pay more attention to people who dont ever move their car"

"DON'T MOVE HERE! Unless you want to hear children screaming and crying and yelling nonstop outside until the quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. I called the apartment manager and she says that it's discrimination to say children can't scream. My daughter is 4 years old and she's not allowed to scream. This place was not professionally cleaned. The blinds are disgusting. The top of the bathtub is dusty. I can't tell what they cleaned if they cleaned anything. The upstairs bathroom floor is gross I can't walk on it with bare feet so I'm going to have to mop that myself. Thank you trashy management and trashy cleaning people. They didn't clean of the top of the oven vent. They didn't clean at least some of the drawers and cabinets. How could I forget the windows? There's black stuff in each of the windows I don't know if that's mold. Every single window here. Doesn't that say welcome home? This place is garbage. This was a huge mistake and a huge waste of money. Ants greeted us here. The carpet must be old because it has so many patches in it/different pieces of carpet put there because the other one was damaged. There's a large hole in the carpet in my closet that exposes the wood and nails. I told the apartment manager about it and she doesn't want to fix it. I guess I'll just have to make sure my daughter doesn't go in there. They didn't repaint at least in my bedroom and they said they did. I can see how someone put nails in the walls and cheaply fixed it. A paint job would hide those ugly imperfections. I will add more later."
