"It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. At 3 a.m., a woman was shouting bad words, and I couldn't sleep. It was a horrible experience. They do not offer breakfast. It does not smell good."

"Bad luck to be between two adjoining rooms with folks making noise from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM (!!) which absolutely destroyed my sleep except for 6 AM to 8 AM. Management was 100% unable to mitigate the noise and did not offer me any options for relief or compensation. I also noticed that all other guests that I observed were not your ordinary hotel guests - they all fell into either the "new immigrants to the USA" or "noticeable health issues" categories, which led me to believe that there is some kind of unusual setup for this hotel. Not going back!"

"I was scheduled to stay here for 3 days to visit my daughter who lives in Portland. A few days before my trip my husband suffered a severe stroke and I canceled my reservation. They tell me that my reservation was not refundable and refused even a partial refund. I don't know at this point if my husband will survive and if he does, he'll need care 24/7. Did they care? No. It's their policy they said. Most definitely, this is not MY PLACE. They have no heart."

"Pretty mediocre. The rooms themselves are fine nothing really to complain about, nothing to really compliment, they are fine if you need a place to sleep. The staff, however weren’t the best. I booked through a third party however I am a rewards member and this seems to be a confusion the whole time. I’m not sure I was ever put down as a member. The second night my keycard stopped working, the guy at the front desk seemed like he really didn’t want to be there, which is fine it’s a job. But he also asked me if I was sure I had tried the correct room which was a bit annoying I had signed up for late check out. I ended up getting a room call asking if I had extended my stay because some staff member said I had. I explained I was just using the late check out and the woman told me that was for member only (which I am based on how many emails I receive). I said the person I had talked to yesterday at the desk said I could be out between 12 and 1, and that he would put me down for that, she informed me check out needs to be by 12. All of this in a somewhat annoyed tone. Seems like this should be something to be annoyed at the other staff not me but apparently not. So I got out of there by 12. Overall if you are just looking for a decent place to stay the night there is nothing to really complain about in terms of the room but the staff leave something to be desired."
