"Can't thank the staff enough, they've been great. Had to abandon my house due to weather bringing along my 85 year old mom. You were literal lifesavers as we got out of a 42 degree home with no power or heat. Having on site laundry and proximity to freeway access has made staying here great so I could get home and check on things and feed my animals. "We got in super late and Diana was SO sweet and helpful and got us right into our room. The location is great close to the highway but really no noise and close to downtown and awesome thrift stores!! The bed was extra comfy after a long day of driving and the room was SUPER clean, and the heater/AC worked and kept us toasty all night!! The breakfast smells amazing and I am excited to try it lol and Desiree this morning at the front desk has gone above and beyond for us, truly the 2 young ladies working the desk are wonderful employees and we will definitely be back because of them (ok and the great location and comfy room lol) 11/10 a perfect place for a good night's sleep and get back on the road with great staff making you feel welcome!!"

"Though the rooms were not the best, what would make me return is the excellent service we received. We brought a group of almost 40 folks for a conference held in Vancouver. Destiny Handwerker was AMAZING and efficient in creating our reservations, welcoming us on the day, and making sure we were accommodated during our stay. Whatever you guys are paying her is NOT enough! She exudes service excellence!! Thank you!"

"FIRST IMPRESSION Strong smell of cleaning products in lobby and hallways. Went nose blind to it eventually, just weird to immediately think “what are they trying to cover up, but at least I know they’re keeping it clean”. Front desk was having computer issues, adding an awkward and inconvenient 15 minutes to check in process. THE ROOM Decent for the price, everything appeared clean. Narrow entryway, hard to juggle bodies and suitcases in or out. Reliable A/C, nice mini fridge and microwave. Curtains were insufficient in blocking light, it woke us and baby up. No bathtub drain plug, impossible to fill with water and you’re staring down a dirty drain. Sink faucet had intense pressure like a power washer. Toilet chain failed after first flush, had to lift the lid and manually pull every time after. Should I have called the front desk…? Yes, but discouraged by the hassle of maintenance or changing rooms. AMENITIES Complimentary breakfast was welcomed and average, variety of familiar options. Free and spacious parking lot, our room was conveniently located by a side door. Next to highway for easy access to Portland and downtown Vancouver. FINAL THOUGHT Expectations were met, would stay again."
