"We are currently staying here for another week 2 weeks total. Tell you the truth wouldn't stay anywhere else for this long location is great rooms are clean . And most important all the employees are wonderful! Very accommodating!"

"So impressed with the Best Western Hotel at Vancouver Mall in Vancouver, Washington. The check-in receptionist, Jade, was doing double duty, including lobby cleaning. Though very busy, she was fantastic in checking us in. Friendly. Efficient. Professional. She made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is very nice. Our room is spacious. The amenities are great. But employees like Jade will bring us back."
