"Had a block of 40 rooms for 5 nights and not one guy had any complaint. Monique the manager was very helpful and the staff were great. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a room in the area."

"The hotel was clean, seemed somewhat newer. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is what you would expect. Kids had fun in the pool. Giving it four stars because of them charging for parking. I think that was absolutely ridiculous. We book with the Marriott a lot and I’m very familiar with their website and nowhere did I see there would be a charge for parking. This place wasn’t downtown Seattle with an expensive parking garage, this was a wide open parking lot with no security. They need to just increase the rate of the room by $10, otherwise it just appears this is money grab."

"Usually, this location is clean and comfortable. However, the room this time had problems. Badly in need of repairs. The heat did not always work, and the thermostat needed repairs. The bath sink constantly backed up, and there was mold in the shower with a leaking shower head. Additionally, on Saturday night at 4 am, we were woke by an employee's loud car music for 30 minutes on the first floor."

"Line to check in was very long (only one staff member at desk). Lights above bed didn't work. Shower head didn't spray correctly and couldn't change settings. Pool towels were constantly missing. Pool area reeked of chlorine enough that it irritated the eyes and throats of my kids and I. Placement of TV was not ideal (not in front of bed or couch). Walls were thin and occupants next to us woke us repeatedly. Charging for parking is absurd given the size of the parking lot and location of the venue. Breakfast foods were not refreshed quickly and ran out. Replacement towels were not sent to room initially when asked. Water was all over the floor in the elevators from people using pool. Staff seemed overwhelmed (although I will say they were quite kind and pleasant). Really disappointed."

"I was staying here for work and their water went out for a couple of hours…couldn’t shower, couldn’t use the toilet, couldn’t even brush my teeth in the morning. I simply asked if they could bring me a couple bottles of water so I could wash my face & brush my teeth and they gave me nothing but attitude and said I would have to pay for them. Finally convinced housekeeping to bring me some water but due to the complete lack of customer service, I do not recommend this hotel."
