"Had an extended stay --- over a month --- and felt largely taken care of while living away from home/working remotely. Friendly, knowledgeable staff; one-bedroom suite w/fully-equipped kitchen; hotel laundry room; free coffee/tea/hot chocolate on demand; daily breakfast; well-landscaped grounds; lovely duck ponds; regular attention to cleanliness even in the common areas; quick access --- like, right there --- to La Provence and other restaurants, shops, and such. The only demerit was the hotel's reponse during a January ice storm. Could've done more to make the parking lot/perimeter sidewalks safer, less slippery. They seemed rather out of their depth on that. Hopefully they'll do better next time. Overall this establishment is a gem. Definitely recommend."

"I’m not sure where to begin! First off I use to stay here often. 4 year history with my wife. Megan, Robert or Julia was not there anymore and it shows! Zohra the manager is stand offish to my children and is very Rude! Never have I experienced that with the other hotel associates! Sometimes I would go out for a smoke late night and as long as I was by the cars area no complaints. The gal made me walk far to a bus stop thing! But what takes the cake is my friend came to visit, me and my wife who are ambassador status! Was harassed and questioned about our guest! Julia and Megan use to give the kids toys and snacks. Now nothing just a normal check in. Late nights Robert would ask if we needed help with our bags and give the kids snacks as well! Not the night people now. They are pretty unhelpful and seem a bit dismissive! Next time I’ll stay somewhere else unfortunately because I don’t feel as comfortable as I use to"

"Spent a long weekend while in town for a concert and wine tastings. Very comfortable room and helpful staff. Shower head needs replaced, but good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We slept well on the bed also. Would definitely return the next time we’re in town."

"Nice hotel! Folks were very nice. Rooms were clean and comfy. No problems getting the temperature set to my liking which can be a hit or miss at other hotels. Breakfast was good but could have been a bit better."
