"Rooms and general purpose area of hotel and elevators are well used. They are currently undergoing renovation activity so hopefully everything will be refreshed. Elevator is very slow and made even slower by renovation crew transporting materials. We waited up to 3 elevator cycles to get an open elevator. The breakfast served was as good as could be expected from a non-full service kitchen. The highlight was the employee that was on duty. Very friendly, pleasant and attentive."

"We chose this hotel because they offer 3 beds in one suite, and we needed a separate room for the baby. They call it a two bedroom suite but technically it’s one bedroom. There is no living room area or couch. How others have described the rooms is quite accurate. It was good enough for a quick one night stay."

"We stayed for 13 nights .. staff are excellent. Reina took excellent care of us, making sure we were fed well every morning. The pool was closed for repairs the whole visit, which was the only disappointment. The beautiful changing colors were delightful to see from the window on the 3rd floor."

"In a suite advertised with extra living space I expect to see more furniture than a sleeper sofa. No coffee table, no side tables, the tv is in front of the bed and difficult to see from the sofa. I’ll be booking King rooms rather than King Suites from now on. On another topic, Holiday Inn Express breakfasts have dropped in quality, across the board. On this trip, we stayed in 3 Holiday Inn Express locations and the breakfast was disappointing at all of them."
