"We've lived here for almost a year now. All of our neighbors are kind and the manager, Izad is amazing. He always fixes any problems as soon as possible and is respectful. Definitely planning to renew our lease."
"Izad, apartment manager, is a very cool guy! Cares about his tenants. My dad lived at Cedar Park for a few years and has no complaints."
"I have been a resident at Cedar Park for 5 years now and so far have had no problems. The property manager is strict, but the results are exactly what I was looking for: a complex that is spotless and well maintained and above all else, QUIET! Any maintenance requests are handled promptly (either same day or day after) and in a professional manner. The units surrounding mine have residents that have lived here longer than I have, so that certainly speaks volumes. Great place to call home."
"First things first, the management is useless. Save your money, live elsewhere. The carpets and kitchen were NEVER cleaned upon move in. Consistently had mold problems, the management has no sense of smell and never fully took care of it. When we moved out, we were charged for things that were damaged when we originally moved in. Yard maintenance was always lacking, our side yard grew to be almost a foot tall in the Spring MULTIPLE times. Our rent went up while our neighboring units stayed the same. If you move in, I suggest a DEEP cleaning, including a request for new carpeting, which is supposed to be switched out every five years. Residents keep threatening to take the landlord to court for not keeping up on maintenance, so take lots of pictures if you move in to a gross apartment."
"Worst apartments i ever lived in. They never fix anything when you tell them to. The manager IZAD is so cheap and charges you alot for the rent. Inside is super small and just the worth the rent that your going to pay. I know because i lived there for 5years of my life."
