"I have lived here for just over a year and am in the process of moving out. I've lost count of how many managers this building has had in the past couple of months. When I first moved in the apartment clearly had only been cleaned by the last tenant and not professionally. The building has zero amenities and management attempts to punish us like children by locking the door to the roof because "people keep sneaking in the building and using the bathrooms" or removing the recycling and trash cans in the lobby because "people throw things in there they shouldn't." Welcome to building management, asshats. I initially liked the apartment because all utilities were included. Cut to two months ago and all of a sudden there are random charges on my account. The manager said they were utility charges; I ended up having to show my lease where utilities are included in my rent. I've only been able to get $200 of the over $400 they owe me. Good luck getting in contact with anyone in the main office. They do not respond to emails. I finally got one to call me after 3 weeks."

"When I moved out I knew I’d see this place go downhill. Kyle and Andrea treated their tenants like garbage & were terrible for this building. Not surprised one bit that it’s gone down hill with them running the place. Happy to be out of there."

"They have not returned my security deposit or given me an accounting more than two months after moving out. Edit: It turns out they were charging me for removing a furnished bed where there was no record that I was supposed to leave it in the apartment. We got it sorted out eventually but it took a lot of communication. Overall I liked living here but the administration is a little clunky sometimes."

"When I first moved here 3 years ago or was great. Now wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Mold in the apartment, they painted over it "that will fix it" no, it's still here. Lost count of how many managers we have had. No amenities. Way over priced for what you get. Main door sometimes locks. Sketchy homeless people in the building. Not safe."
