Water Apartments

"My car was stolen while living here a month in. One other within weeks of me had theirs stolen too. Have had issues with neighbors blaring music passed midnight in the middle of the week, hearing constant barking dogs, animal abuse, child abuse, etc. The rent is cheap compared to most locations and it's close to work which is the only reason I am here. But the lack of AC alone makes summer hard and the disrespectful noise just adds to other stresses. It feels relatively safe inside but I wouldn't chose to move here again, or recommend it for any car owner due to lack of security and response from management."

"I lived here for a year and thoroughly enjoyed Water. It’s a small complex that is pretty central and only a mile from downtown, which is super convenient. The grounds of are kept nice inside the property and the units are updated and newer. Even though they don’t have air conditioners, it honestly didn’t matter. My unit was well insulated and didn’t even get that hot during the summer this past year. Same goes for the winter, It was never freezing either. The management team is generally pretty quick to answer your questions or concerns and I have nothing but great things to say about them as well! If I had to pick one flaw, it’s the parking. It’s street parking as with most downtown areas BUT it’s on a dead end cul-de-sac right near the entrance so at least there isn’t constant traffic zooming by where you park."

"I had a really good experience with these guys. Stayed here for a year. Yes the places are small but that's half the fun! Parking wasn't too bad and rates are reasonable. (p.s They are managed by WDC Properties.)"
