"Rivage is the absolute best place to live! Every inch of this place is beautiful and the river views are just breathtaking. We decided to downsize from a pretty big house out in the burbs to an apartment because we knew Rivage had something uniquely special to offer. They maintain the outdoor areas so nicely, there’s always somewhere nice to sit, walk, or just sit not outdoors when the weather corporates. The indoors is just as lovely. The staff keeps the common areas super clean and because it always smells so good, it’s like living in a luxury hotel. We recently experienced a flood in our apartment during the snow storm. With all of the precautions the team here took, unfortunately there’s not much any of us can control when it comes to the weather and so we were displaced for a while. Siera, the manager of the property kept us informed every step of the way. She is so kind, compassionate, and gentle in her approach to how she manages her team and the property, to include her approach to the residents. Time and time again, when I chat with other residents they share the stories of how she has gone over and beyond for them in some way. We are forever grateful for her kindness, guidance, and unyielding patience throughout getting us quickly into a safe place to live. We are so happy here at Rivage and highly recommend it was a great place to live for anyone who wants to be in a walkable area, in a dog friendly, beautiful place, with a office staff who seem to genuinely care."

"I can’t thank Siera and her team at Rivage enough! They answered all of my questions and made the leasing process so simple. Siera gave a great tour and within 10 minutes I knew Rivage would be my new home. Myra was very kind and took the time to show me the storage and parking to make sure it would fit my needs. After looking at multiple places I was discouraged at the size and floor plans in other buildings. The floor plans here are so much better featuring high end finishes and automated smart locks with security systems in each unit! As someone who is moving from the Pearl I was very pleased to see how clean and maintained the building and grounds are here. It’s a stark contrast from what I’m used to in the Pearl. If I could give more stars I would! If you’re looking for a nice, clean and new building I highly recommend you check out Rivage."

"Love love LOVE Rivage! It’s a really nice area with great neighbors. Perfect for going on a walk alone, with friends, or even your pet when you want to step outside. The units are amazing, too, with everything you need (including AC!). Siera Rasmussen and the rest of the office team are so great, too. They’re super friendly, helpful, always there to answer my questions. I couldn’t recommend a better place, and it’s perfect for where I’m at in life."
