"Terrible complex, not worth the price. I'll list a few of the reasons. (Very suspicious that all the terrible reviews the building had when I moved in have disappeared) - Unsafe. someone has pulled a knife on a friend of mine right outside the building. Myself and a few other tenants I have spoken with have been frequently harassed directly outside the building. - There is mold. They use a dingey greenish yellow wallpaper in all the apts to hide it but the cracked caving ceilings and portions of walls that have completely disconnected are some visuals. The hallways are worse and you can see the large brown growths on the walls. + the smell is always strong. - Washer and dryer units often leak and break. They cause clothes to smell and emit odor. Recently an individual had access to the dryers and stole all articles of clothing that were inside. This has happened before to other tenants. - Packages are frequently stolen from the mailboxes. - There is no parking for tenants and the nearest garages can be blocks away. - Using multiple power sources in your apt will cause a fuse to break. You will be responsible for purchasing replacement fuses. - Many pipes in the apts will leak and make noises sporadically. - The walls are the thinnest I have ever experienced in all my years of renting. You can hear a flush, conversation, song or blender at all hours in every unit. This goes for the outer building walls too. You can hear everything outside at all times - If you are reading this before June 2023, there will be lots of construction directly across the street that causes the entire building to shake and is extremely loud. This is a small fraction of what comes with living at this complex. Not worth the price."
