The location is also tremendous with Mississippi, Alberta, and up and coming Williams all within walking distance. The amazing living experience was all brought together by the property manager Avin. She’s always a breath of fresh air when you interact with her and she’s always there to take care of her tenants. I moved to Oregon from out of state for a job and the building is situated in an area that's lively with amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and etc. Avin the building manager is an awesome person, very responsive, and all around helpful person.
