I'm also highly impressed with the maintenance staff, especially Chad S., who drove 2 hours on his birthday to fix my leaky toilet. I've only lived here for a couple months, but so far, I am beyond impressed"

"Under new ownership. This once simple, but quaint apartment complex has lost the charm the last few years. The office management are constantly driving up rates to drive out people who've lived here quite a few years. They have kept deliveries in their offices and don't tell you when you ask, if it's there. And have promptly sent them back to the Post Office, UPS or FedEx warehouse! Not to mention, the maintenance guy never arrives on schedule or truly fixes anything. Appliances are starting to go into disrepair and he "sugar packets" or jimmy rigs everything."
