There was no one in the store he could of easily opened the door. he looked at me and turned is head and ignored me I believe it was because I was African American. This place will be out of business soon because they pick and choose who theyll sell batteries to."

"These are nice guys working here and I'm sure their hands are tied, however Interstate Batteries provides no customer service. I bought a battery that had at least one shorted out cell. It would work sometimes. Tried to take it back. It showed 8.6v, however they said they would have to charge it first or Interstate would make them pay for the battery (8.6v is considered a dead battery and should be immediately replaced). After 24 hours, the cell(s) short began to work again and showed 12.6+. Took the battery home and within a couple of days, I was stranded again (8.6v). Decided that I'm too old to keep breaking down randomly because Interstate Batteries won't take care of their customers. Bought a new battery from a local tire company (where I've always gone in the past). At least I know they will take care of me and my vehicle if something comes up."

"These guys are absolutely amazing. There is a small fee for installation. However, they will do whatever it takes to get your battery or batteries back in your vehicle with a quickness. Easy to work with these guys easy to order ahead easy to purchase. I can’t recommend them enough if you need a new battery or utility battery for your vehicle. Please feel safe using these guys they will treat you well and make sure you get what you need."
