"We bought a washer dryer from Dewhitt and their delivery/ installers damaged our wall and were ill equipped to install the washer. The washer also was also damaged. So instead of seeing the job through, they left everything half installed, and they turned the water on, which was counter intuitive considering that we need to take the hoses off to complete the installation. i contacted Brian the owner regarding what happened. He then tries to tell me that he has no control over his installers because they are subcontractors. I told him he should clarify his standards to the subcontractors, since they represent his company whether they are employees or contractors. Brian refuses to take any responsibility for what happened. We now have to pay to fix our damaged wall, and complete the installation of the washer and dryer, which we paid for from Dewhitt. Dewhitt scheduled the entire installation and then backed out at the first sign of us needing a hand. We did not even get a "sorry". I recommend against using Dewhitt."

"I used to be a regular customer but never again! We’ve bought many appliances from Barb and trusted her greatly. We never had any problems with her recommendations. Then, I needed a fridge for a rental and Barb was not available. The person on the phone sold me a piece of garbage! Three months in and it’s frosting over, the seal is torn and it’s no longer cooling well. We tried to work with Sean for a solution and he was condescending and rude. Brian made an effort to resolve but the owner refused. I’ll never return and will no longer recommend to others!"
