"My property management company contracted with Pacific Appliance to provide a replacement refrigerator for my apartment, sight unseen. Wow, what a ripoff! My "new" refrigerator is 19 years old, covered in deep dents on every side and inside the freezer, and the surface coating is flaking off one side. It is also filthy. Took me almost two hours of cleaning to even make a dent in years of ground-in grime. I am probably going to replace it with a modern refrigerator out of my own pocket, but certainly not from Pacific Appliance. You get what you pay for, but I don't think the property management company expected it to be quite this bad for the money. If I were a home owner I would never do business with Pacific Appliance."
