"Wow! Steven and Michael delivered our stove today and they were SO polite, careful, thorough, and on-time! Above that, they knew everything needed to know about the install. My space was problematic and they were able to troubleshoot a perfect solution that now the new stove fits better than the previous and looks absolutely custom and built-in. Better than the original. Those guys were methodical, precise, and laid back/funny too! This is my 3rd appliance from Kaady and we will never buy anywhere else. I mean - why would we? Charlene in sales was smart, funny, low-key and super knowledgeable. She really cared about what our situation was and obviously cared about that more than making a sale. This place is like the old fashioned “customer-first” mindset of yesteryears gone by. Love ‘em. Give those boys a raise!"

"The ladies in the front office were laughably snobbish and unwelcoming. You’re selling appliances, we’re not impressed. I was working that day on a remodel and had shown up in somewhat dirty work attire. Definitely not my Sunday best. Regardless I was needing to purchase all appliances one would find on a modern kitchen. Unfortunately this led to the kind of reception one would expect a crack hard /stinking hobo would receive. Annoyed by this and definitely not in the mood to explain that I do own a home and I am employed I turned and left. That was the last time I’ll visit this place. I ended up giving my business to a big box store instead. Good luck to you."

"Would not recommend buying an appliance from here - who knows what they have done with the wiring to get the appliances to function. When I first purchased my washer/dryer everything worked great and delivery was smooth. Recently, the dryer wouldn't get hot (everything else worked as normal). After taking some classes at YouTube University, it turns out $0.35 (a quarter and a dime) was holding the entire heating element & thermal cut off kit together. They had done some finagling with the wiring so it would always be hot. This completely fried some wires & components. I called to see if they would be of any assistance with the service and they still wanted to charge the regular $130 fee to come look at it as this "could have been up to code at the time of purchase" (this fee does not include any parts or labor BTW). Anyways, I ended up going to A&P Appliance Parts and Service in Beaverton and they were so extremely helpful in helping me troubleshoot this issue & get the right parts needed to get the dryer running safely. No thanks at all to Kaady."

"Huge showroom of pretty good looking appliances. You get feeling that they are particular about what they sell. Husband happy with repair guy so far. He bought timer switch unit to replace our whirlpool stack washer dryer. He will install soon, but not yet. I know where I can go when my unit finally wears out. They deliver their goods and haul away yours. Can't get much better. We had full attention of general manager D J. Nice guy. Knows the business. Tell him you found him by Google Maps."
