"One of the best locations in Vancouver as far as apartments go. Its Central walking access to either end of the Waterfront, main street, Esther Park, and an easy launch onto I-5. The building is clean with secure parking, friendly management, thick walls, and no construction noise."

"I was super excited to tour this apartment, but could never get anyone to answer the phone to schedule. I finally used the website to schedule a tour and received three separate confirmations in the days leading up to it. When I showed up no one was there. I waited around, called and left a message and never heard back from anyone trying to reschedule or even apologize for the lack of professionalism. Based off the other reviews I’m seeing, thank goodness it didn’t workout. Such a bummer."

"The leasing office team are very responsive and friendly. The location is perfect to access the events at Esther Short Park across the street and very close to the developing waterfront. It makes downtown living very walkable. They didn't skimp on the details when designing the units - all very well done. (You don't think about towel rack or adequately sized towel hooks until you move!) :) Special shout out to Darren who replaced my fridge late on a Sunday night and who always warmly greeted my dogs. A really great team all around!!"

"Coen & Columbia is a wonderful place to live! By far one of the best places to live in Vancouver! -Location: Walking distance to restaurants, bars, two movie theaters, the waterfront, farmers market, and Esther Short Park. -Diversity: This is the first rental property I have lived at where there is diversity (different ethnicities). I also love that people who generally live here are single (couples) working professionals (rarely see kids). Not that kids are a problem but I love that. -Animal community: I personally don't have pets but I like that it is a pet friendly community. -Property management team: Deysi, Ryan, Hilary, Darren, Will, Ron, are the best! They are so helpful! They make you feel like you are part of the community! They organize events throughout the year so we can meet other tenants in our building! I highly recommend Coen & Columbia!
