"I have absolutely no issue with the wonderful people interacted with. I do have an issue that I explained my situation, spent half a day and $400, offered a full years lease payment up front, and was told, "nah". Can I get my money back, I already told you absolutely everything. Again, the staff were professional. However being rejected after being 100% honest and paying all the fees, is excruciating. It wasn't the staff that rejected me. It was the computer system and algorithm. So again, nothing but kindness for the people that work there. But the computer systems... They suck."

"I was forced to terminate my lease due to unforseen circumstances. Due to this being an early lease termination, I was required to return the entirety of my promotional discounts and an early lease termination fee. This amounted to a little over $5500 plus a $500 deposit because I forgot a few items in my unit. Because I could not come up with $5500 in 60 days, even though I paid $1500 and discussed making another payment for $1000+ approximately one month later, they told me I would need to either pay the $4000 balance immediately or I would be sent to collections. The units are placed about 25% over market value which is why 50% of the units are vacant, and it is only the 2,3,4+ month free rent that makes living here in any way logical. Beware these promotions if you suspect you may have to terminate your lease."

"I’m really impressed with this place. First of all it’s a brand new apartment building. Downtown Vancouver has a lot of brand new apartment buildings, but the price and location on this one make it stand out. It’s a block away from Relevant Coffee, which is possibly the best coffee in the world. It’s also literally across the street from the only grocery store downtown Vancouver. They’re opening a New Seasons grocery store this fall and it’s going to be epic. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. I enjoy that there’s bike storage and parking for some of the units but even if you don’t have parking, there’s plenty of street parking. But who really needs parking when you can literally walk everywhere downtown Vancouver from this location. I also like that it’s not right in the core of downtown but literally a block or two outside of it. It’s super easy to get to the freeway to get to work in the morning or down into Portland. The top story units have lofts. I love that. For those who work from home, it’s a great place to live. Overall, I can’t think of a better studio or one bedroom option downtown Vancouver. If you combine the location and the price and the fact that these are new units, it’s a pretty sweet deal."

Not to mention the staff is second to none - they make Navalia a truly special place to live."

"Navalia is a great addition to our downtown area. Very safe and modern with tall ceilings making the feel even bigger with excellent amenities in the units. Lots of restaurants everywhere within walking distance. No regrets at all. If you're thinking about moving to beautiful downtown Vancouver schedule a walk thru. You'll like what you see too."
